We are proud to announce that Crossfit Iron Horse has moved into a new 4,000 square foot area.  We are the only CrossFit box in the area  to feature a fully climate controlled training center including massage room, kid’s area, changing rooms, shower areas and a “Big Ass” fan.  Our equipment features Rogue bars and racks, thousands of pounds of bumper plates, lifting platforms, C2 Rowers, a full line of Ader kettlebells, climbing ropes, tractor tires, glute/hamstring developers, plyometric boxes, gymnastic rings, as well as an 20′ x 5′ industrial strength pull up rack.  Our commitment is to provide our clients with a premium CrossFit experience.
