    damn, my favorite 2 exercises and I gotta miss it :( My legs appreciate it though. they were jelly after last night’s WOD and still in shock from Monday night

    I’m in search of some new shoes to crossfit in. Im rocking some old new balances and its time to upgrade. If anyone has any tips or suggestions the feedback would be greatly appreciated.
