That and the Dirty Thirty for yours…maybe not love it…there are other words to describe it…something about a Highway somewhere…
Today’s WOD reminded me of the title of an ACϞDC song…. Something about a “Highway.”
This was fun. The burpees literally took my breath away.
Awesome workout! Though I didnt do RxD it still kicked my ass 21:27

18:29 – definitely not as bad as I thought. The knees to elbows were definitely the hardest for me. Fun workout!
